I loved loved LOVED this session with Kelsie and John. Kelsie is a fellow photographer and it’s always so fun getting another photo friend in front of the camera. I challenged myself to shoot all film this session and I’m so glad I did! I did take a few digital images (cause self doubt), but I’m happy to say all the images in this blog post are film. *self high five.*
I photographed the first half of the session on Portra 800 (rated at 640) and my oh my, is that a dreamy film stock.

UGHHHH this set is my FAVORITE. The sun, the snuggles, the deep tones and vibrant colors – it’s all so dreamyyy.
Sometimes I can’t believe how gorgeous Charlotte is! Midtown park is one of my favorite spots with it’s European style architecture and lawn.
The rest of the session was shot on Portra 400 (rated at 200).
Gosh I just LOVE film.
